Procurement of Asset Performance Management System with Allied Material and Related Services for Installation in PESCO Operation Circles

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) is procuring a comprehensive Asset Performance Management System (APMS) along with allied materials and related installation services for its operation circles. This procurement is part of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) funded by the World Bank. The project focuses on enhancing the performance and reliability of distribution transformers rated at 200KVA and 100KVA. Items being procured: - Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 200KVA Rating with Allied Material and PITC-UDIL Compliant MDC driver Software (6,627 Nos) - Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 100KVA Rating with Allied Material and PITC-UDIL Compliant MDC driver Software (14,096 Nos) - Insulated S/C, AA, 185 mm2 Cable for APMS of 200KVA Transformers (332 KM) - Insulated S/C, AA, 120 mm2 Cable for APMS of 100KVA Transformers (706 KM) - PG Connector (T-150) (5,6384 Nos) - PG Connector (T-220) (26,508 Nos) - Earthing Rod, Wire and Boring (20,723 Sets) - Bimetallic Lugs for 200KVA T/F for 185mm2 S/C Cable (53,016 Nos) - Bimetallic Lugs for 100KVA T/F for 120mm2 S/C Cable (112,768 Nos) The technical scope includes supply and installation of APMS systems on distribution transformers, ensuring compliance with PITC-UDIL software standards, and provision of all necessary cables, connectors, earthing materials, and lugs. The installation will be carried out across PESCO operation circles, focusing on transformers of specified ratings. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in electrical equipment supply and installation, valid PEC registration in the appropriate category, and FBR/ATL registration. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure under World Bank procurement regulations. The Early Market Engagement session is scheduled for 30-07-2026 at 1100 hours (PST) at the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU, PESCO, Peshawar.
