Tender Description
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Ministry of Information Technology and Telecom Islamabad is offering an auction for the disposal of 06 motorcycles located at the Basement Floor of NTC HQs Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. This auction provides a unique opportunity for interested contractors, firms, and companies to acquire motorcycles on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. The motorcycles include various makes and models such as Honda, Qingqi, and Yamaha with engine capacities ranging from 70 cc to 100 cc.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid registration with Pakistan's tax authorities for NTN/GST and must submit a certificate on legal stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation with government organizations, and no ownership or financing links with India or Israel. The auction process requires submission of sealed bids along with a Pay Order or Bank Draft of PKR 7,800 as earnest money by July 2nd, 2026, at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
All participants must bring original CNIC and FBR registration certificates for verification. The auction will proceed with the highest quoted bid, followed by an open auction among the top bidders. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining bid amount within two working days of award. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid.
This auction is a straightforward disposal of government assets, and bidders are advised to inspect the motorcycles within two working days before the auction between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm with prior permission from the DD (Admin) at NTC HQs. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including CNIC and FBR certificates, is complete and attached with the bid to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and adherence to auction terms will enhance chances of success in this competitive process.
