AUCTION: 40 Ton AC Units, Copper Pipe Scrap, and Duct under Gypsum Ceiling at Allied Hospital 1 Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Allied Hospital 1 Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the disposal of unserviceable assets and scrap materials. The auction will be held at the hospital premises, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule provided. This auction presents an opportunity for bidders to acquire valuable items and scrap on an 'as is where is' basis, with the successful bidders responsible for removal and any associated costs. Items being auctioned: - Auction of 40 Ton A.C Indoor & Outdoor Units consisting of Compressors, Fan motors, Corridor side open duct without power cables & copper pipe, on As is where is Basis (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 30.00 Million, CDR Amount: Rs. 1,500,000) - Auction for Copper Pipe scrap placed in workshop. Rate per KG (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 5500/Kg, CDR Amount: Rs. 550,000) - Auction for duct under the Gypsum false ceiling in various wards & including repair after dismantling cost bearing by successful bidder (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 200/Sqft, CDR Amount: Rs. 533,000) The technical scope includes the removal and disposal of large AC units, copper pipe scrap, and ducting from under gypsum ceilings in various wards. All items are to be taken on an as-is basis, and bidders must bear the cost of dismantling and repairs where applicable. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money is mandatory for participation. The CDR amounts are specified for each lot. Submission of auction participation documents is required by 14.09.2026 at 02:00 PM, and the auction will be held on 15.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. Documents can be obtained from the office after payment of Rs. 2,000. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the items physically before the auction date to assess the condition and plan for logistics, as all items are sold on an as-is basis and no claims will be entertained after the auction.
