AUCTION: Adda Stand, Slaughterhouse, and Cattle Market Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Oghi is conducting an E-Auction for the rights to operate and collect revenue from three municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 30th September 2026 from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm at the TMA Oghi office. Interested parties are invited to participate in the bidding process for the following assets: - Adda Stand (Bus Stand) (Reserve Price: Rs. 133500) - Slaughterhouse (Reserve Price: Rs. 13500) - Cattle Market (Mandi Mal Baishi) (Reserve Price: Rs. 324000) Each asset is being offered for a one-year lease period, and the successful bidder will be granted the right to operate and collect fees as per municipal regulations. The auction will be conducted through the E-Baldia system, and all participants must be registered and have an active profile on the CFMIS portal (https://cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk). Bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of TMA Oghi. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms outlined in the auction notice. Only those who fulfill all eligibility criteria and submit the required documentation will be allowed to participate. The deadline for submission and participation is 30th September 2026.
