Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the auction of advertisement rights in the International Departure and Arrival Lounges at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Advertisement Rights in International Departure and Arrival Lounges at AIIAP Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,578,300/- per month; License Period: Five years or till finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP, or till the time concession premises gets demolished by AIIAP Expansion Project, whichever is earlier) The technical scope covers the exclusive right to install, operate, and manage advertising displays in the specified lounges. The license period is for five years or until the airport's expansion project necessitates demolition or outsourcing, whichever comes first. The reserve price is set at Rs. 1,578,300 per month, and the successful bidder will be required to pay this amount or higher, depending on the outcome of the auction. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money as per the tender documents, compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, and demonstration of experience in managing large-scale advertising or similar commercial rights. Interested parties must purchase the tender documents by 31st August 2026. The non-refundable tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only), payable as specified in the notice.
