AUCTION: Advertisement Rights and Replacement of 29 Bus Stop Shelters in Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Lahore Cantonment Board invites the general public to participate in an open public auction for the opportunity to replace the existing superstructure of 29 bus stop shelters with modern Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) and to acquire advertisement rights on specified spaces. The auction will be held at the office of Lahore Cantt Board on 14 Sep, 2026 at 1230 hours, with alternative dates on 15 & 16 Sep, 2026 if the auction is not completed on the specified date. Items involved in the auction include: - Replacement and reconstruction of 29 modern bus stop shelters - Advertisement rights on Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) for an initial period of one year on a Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) basis The successful bidder will be responsible for the replacement and reconstruction of the bus stop shelters according to the design/sample approved by the Cantonment Executive Officer. Advertisement rights will be granted initially for one year without advertisement charges, followed by an additional two-year period subject to payment of advertisement charges. The dimensions of advertisement materials will be approved by the CEO/Board. Installation of advertisement materials must be strictly within approved spaces, with removal of any unauthorized materials at the bidder's risk and cost. Eligibility requires deposit of Earnest Money of Rs. 01 Million via call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank with counter guarantee. Government organizations, particularly Lahore Cantt Board, are ineligible to participate. Advertisers must maintain cleanliness and visit shelters daily to clear walls and pillars from writings and posters. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
