AUCTION: Disposal of Road Transport Board Assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has re-advertised disposal and operating rights relating to assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal. The advertised lots are: Lot 01, Canteen and Tuck-Shop in Peshawar Bus Terminal, bid security **PKR 1,500,000**, Local Council Board registration required in A or B category; Lot 02, Mobile and Computer Accessories Shop in Peshawar Bus Terminal, bid security **PKR 500,000**, A, B or C category; Lot 03, Spare Parts Shop in Peshawar Bus Terminal, bid security **PKR 500,000**, A, B or C category; Lot 04, Cleanliness of Washrooms of Peshawar Bus Terminal, bid security **PKR 500,000**, A, B or C category; and Lot 05, Photostat and Easypaisa Shop, bid security **PKR 500,000**, A, B or C category. Bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in the name of the Secretary, Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board or Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders should obtain the solicitation documents, review the minimum benchmark value and conditions, and confirm tax compliance and ATL status where applicable. The documents cost **PKR 500** per application, payable through bank draft in favour of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sealed bids must reach the Director Transport at Room No. 135, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt, on 24 August 2026.
