AUCTION: Bahawalpur Industrial Estate Plots and Shop Lease Rights 2026

Punjab Small Industries Corporation, Bahawalpur Regional Office, is conducting an open auction for the lease rights of plots and a shop located in the Bahawalpur Industrial Estate. The auction will be held on 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bahawalpur Industrial Estate premises. Interested parties are invited to participate as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department. Items being auctioned: - Plot No. 11-B, Industrial Estate, Area: 20 Marla, Reserve Price: 1,045,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 50,000 PKR - Plot No. 75-B, Industrial Estate, Area: 20 Marla, Reserve Price: 950,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 50,000 PKR - Shop No. 76-B, Road No. 2, Area: 28 Marla, Reserve Price: 1,000,000 PKR, Earnest Money: 50,000 PKR The auction is open to Pakistani nationals and organizations. Bidders must deposit the specified earnest money for each lot they wish to bid on. The successful bidder will be required to pay 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the department's schedule. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
