The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and reserve price mentioned below. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights at Railway Station Bahawalpur (Annual Reserve Price: PKR 1,000,000) - Parking Fee Collection Rights at General Bus Stand Bahawalpur - Parking Fee Collection Rights at Cantt Hospital Bahawalpur - Parking Fee Collection Rights at Model Town A Bahawalpur The technical scope includes the management and collection of parking fees at the above sites, ensuring proper ticketing, staff deployment, and adherence to the operational guidelines set by the Cantonment Board. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness at the parking sites and must comply with all regulatory requirements. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a valid CNIC, proof of relevant experience in fee collection or similar contracts, and an earnest money deposit equivalent to 10 percent of the annual reserve price in the form of a CDR or pay order. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government department. The auction will be held on 8th September 2026 at the Cantonment Board Office, and the successful bidder must sign the contract within the stipulated time. The last date for submission of sealed bids is 8th September 2026.
