AUCTION: Bahawalpur Cantonment Board Parking Fee Collection Rights 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Bahawalpur is inviting bids for the auction of parking fee collection rights at two prominent parking sites within Bahawalpur Cantonment. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Board Bahawalpur on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and secure the rights for the upcoming year. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and collection of parking fees at the designated sites. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Cantt General Bus Stand Parking, Bahawalpur - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Cantt Satellite Town Parking, Bahawalpur The reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 10,00,000. The detailed fee structure for various vehicle types is as follows: - Motorcycle (General Bus Stand): Rs. 20 per entry - Motorcycle (Satellite Town): Rs. 30 per entry - Rickshaw: Rs. 40 per entry - Car/Jeep: Rs. 60 per entry - Wagon/Coaster: Rs. 70 per entry - Bus/Truck: Rs. 100 per entry Bidders must submit their applications along with a copy of their CNIC and a pay order of Rs. 2,00,000 as earnest money in favor of Cantonment Board Bahawalpur at least two days before the auction date. Only those who have submitted the required documents and earnest money will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the terms specified by the board. The contract period is for one year, and the successful bidder will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board.
