NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited is offering for sale a bank-owned multi storey commercial building located in Multan. The property known as "Multan Business Tower" is being sold on an "As is, Where is" basis. The commercial property is situated at #74, Ward # IX, Mauza Taraf Ismail, Abdali Road (inside Cooperation Limits, Multan). It measures 3 Kanal 9 Marla (69 Marlas) and includes a basement plus an 8 storey building covering an area of 123,033 square feet. Items being auctioned: - Commercial Property #74, Ward # IX, Mauza Taraf Ismail, Abdali Road, Multan - Total area: 3 Kanal 9 Marla (69 Marlas) - Basement + 8 Storey Building - Covered area: 123,033 sq ft The auction is open to all members of the general public who are legally entitled to bid. Sealed bids must be submitted in the Tender Box at Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited, 162 Bangalore Town, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, on or before 1st September 2026 (Tuesday) during office hours before 5:30 p.m. Bidders must include an original Payment Order/Demand Draft/CDR equivalent to 1% of the bid amount as earnest money in favor of Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 9% of the bid amount within 7 days of acceptance, with the balance 90% payable within 45 days. The property possession will be handed over after full and final payment and completion of all formalities. The Sale Deed will be executed after receipt of the full payment. All expenses related to transfer, registration, stamp duty, taxes, and other charges will be borne by the successful bidder. The bank reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate bids and cancel the auction without assigning any reason. The sealed bids will be opened on 8th September 2026 (Tuesday) at the bank's Karachi office.
