AUCTION: Bank's Vehicle Prince Peral BWJ-894 2022

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Karachi branch invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for auction of the bank's vehicle. The vehicle offered is a Prince Peral, registration number BWJ-894, model year 2022. Interested bidders should submit their sealed offers in envelopes marked with the vehicle registration number addressed to the Collection Manager before the closing of office hours on 24th August 2026. Items being auctioned: - Vehicle Make: Prince Peral - Registration No: BWJ-894 - Model Year: 2022 The vehicle is available for inspection at D-146 Site KHI, HBL warehouse from 20th to 21st August 2026 between 09:30 P.M to 4:30 P.M. Documentation details will be provided at the time of inspection. The auction will be conducted on an 'as is where is basis' on 25th August 2026 at the PECHS Collection Center Shahrah e Faisal. The successful bidder will be responsible for all taxes, transfer fees, and other charges. Bidders must accompany their bids with earnest money through Demand Draft or Pay Order equal to 10% of the bid amount in favor of HBL. Unsuccessful bidders will have their Pay Orders refunded within 10 days from the date of bid opening. The balance purchase price must be paid within 3 working days of acceptance, failing which the 10% earnest money will be forfeited. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
