Auction of Beyond Economical Repair Vehicles by Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority Karachi

The Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA), under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Karachi, invites sealed bids from interested bidders registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the auction of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) vehicles. This auction is conducted on an "As Is Where Is" basis, providing a unique opportunity for suppliers and vehicle dealers in Karachi to acquire vehicles for parts or refurbishment. Items being procured: - Suzuki Margalla Car (Registration GA-0898, Model 1995, Engine 1300cc) - Toyota Corolla Car (Registration GA-0892, Model 1996, Engine 1300cc) - Suzuki Van (Registration GA-5974, Model 1996, Engine 800cc) - Suzuki Van (Registration GA-5972, Model 1996, Engine 800cc) - Sunny Nissan Car (Registration GA-2208, Model 2005, Engine 1300cc) - UNIQUE UD-70 (Registration KDH-1359, Model 2007, Engine 70cc) The vehicles are available for inspection on any working day between 0930 and 1530 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Prospective bidders must submit a refundable bid security of Rs 50,000 per vehicle and Rs 5,000 per motorcycle via Pay Order from a scheduled bank with a minimum AAA-rating, payable to Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 24th July 2026 at 1100 hours at the office of Manager (Admin), KoFHA Karachi. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the Committee Room of the Administration Building in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and SRB, and inclusion on the ATL. Bidders should ensure their bid security is complete and timely to avoid rejection. Partial or incomplete bids will not be considered. KoFHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
