Auction of Beyond Economical Repair Vehicles

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs through the Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority Karachi invites sealed bids for the auction of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) vehicles. This auction is open to interested bidders registered with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The vehicles will be sold on an "As Is Where Is" basis, providing a unique opportunity for suppliers and dealers in Karachi to acquire these vehicles for parts or refurbishment. Items being procured: - Suzuki Margalla Car (1995, 1300cc, Registration GA-0898) - Toyota Corolla Car (1996, 1300cc, Registration GA-0892) - Suzuki Van (1996, 800cc, Registration GA-5974) - Suzuki Van (1996, 800cc, Registration GA-5972) - Sunny Nissan Car (2005, 1300cc, Registration GA-2208) - UNIQUE UD-70 (2007, 70cc, Registration KDH-1359) The auction includes six vehicles with detailed engine capacities, chassis numbers, and reserved prices ranging from PKR 15,000 to PKR 800,000. Bidders can inspect the vehicles on any working day between 0930 and 1530 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The vehicles are located at Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority, Karachi. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered taxpayers with valid ATL status. A refundable bid security of PKR 50,000 per vehicle and PKR 5,000 per motorcycle must be submitted via Pay Order from a scheduled bank with a minimum AAA rating in Karachi, favoring Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority. Sealed bids must be submitted by 24-07-2026 at 1100 hours to the Manager (Admin) office at KoFHA Karachi. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the Committee Room of the Administration Building in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids, or those without required bid security, will be rejected.
