AUCTION: Theka Wasooli Aamdan Bus Stand New Taunsa Bypass for Financial Year 2026-27, Market Committee Layyah

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Layyah is conducting an open auction for the contract (theka) of revenue collection rights at the Bus Stand New Taunsa Bypass for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is open to all interested parties and will be held at the office of the Market Committee Layyah. The auction is being conducted under the supervision of the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), and all terms and conditions must be strictly followed by participants. Items being auctioned: - Theka Wasooli Aamdan (Revenue Collection Contract) for Bus Stand New Taunsa Bypass, Market Committee Layyah - Reserve Price: Rs. 4,500,000 - Earnest Money (Zarorat): Rs. 450,000 - Registration Fee (Nakal Dawaasi): Rs. 30,000 - Auction Date & Time: 29-08-2026, 2:00 PM The contract will be valid from 30 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. Interested bidders must deposit the earnest money and registration fee in the designated bank account before participating. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and comply with all rules and regulations set by the Market Committee. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government dues or previously blacklisted. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of deposit for earnest money and registration fee on the day of the auction. For a better chance of success, ensure all documents are complete and arrive at the venue well before the announced time, as latecomers may not be allowed to participate.
