Auction of Canteen Cafeteria and College Canteen at Nishtar Medical University Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Nishtar Medical University Multan invites interested individuals, firms, or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of two canteen/cafeteria/tuck-shops for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction is for the following properties: - Auction of MK Pasha Canteen: Area 4800 sq ft, Reserve Price Rs. 1,350,000, 10% Reserve Rs. 135,000 - Auction of College of Nursing Canteen: Area 1003 sq ft, Reserve Price Rs. 774,700, 10% Reserve Rs. 77,470 The auction process will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal (https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login) and https://nmu.edu.pk. Hard copies of applications are not required. Applicants must register on the portal before the deadline. Earnest money of 10% of the reserve price is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University, Multan. The auction will start at the advertised reserve price and offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. The auction will be held according to the 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC & ME Department. If no bids are received by the closing date, the auction will be automatically extended by five minutes. The successful applicants will be published on the relevant website and their registration will be deemed affixed on the auction documents. The closing date for submission of CDRs is 20-11-2026. The auction date is 27-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders should ensure timely registration and submission of earnest money to avoid disqualification. The university is not responsible for any technical errors or internet failures during the registration or bidding process.
