AUCTION: Canteen Cafeteria Book Shop Laundry Shop and Main Canteen at Sahiwal Medical College and Teaching Hospital Sahiwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Institutions Sahiwal invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its canteen, cafeteria, tuck-shops, and book/general store for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction includes two main lots: - Auction of Cafeteria, Book Shop, General Store, Laundry Shop at Sahiwal Medical College Sahiwal with a reserve price of Rs. 100,000/- without all taxes and earnest money of Rs. 10,000/-. - Auction of Main Canteen near Private Ward Rooms, STH Cafeteria near Gate No. 05, and Tuck Shop in front of Medical Block in Sahiwal Teaching Hospital Sahiwal with a reserve price of Rs. 42,212,500/- without all taxes and earnest money of Rs. 4,221,250/-. The covered areas include 9500 Sq Ft for the cafeteria and 2982 Sq Ft for the main canteen and tuck shop, with specific open areas detailed in the notice. The auction process includes registration, uploading eligibility status, grievance submission, and CDR submission with deadlines from 18-09-2026 to 22-10-2026. The auction date and time is 29-10-2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Applicants must register on the e-Auction Portal and submit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque. Hard copies are not required. The auction will start from the reserve price and offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. If no offer is received, the auction ends automatically. Late offers extend the auction by 5 minutes. The auction will be conducted as per the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department. The successful applicant's offer will be published on the relevant website and the uploaded signature on the auction document will be considered final and binding. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-Auction Portal instructions and submit all required documents timely to avoid disqualification due to technical or internet failures.
