AUCTION: Canteen, Cafeteria, and Tuck-Shops at The Children's Hospital & UCHS Lahore for One Year

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Children's Hospital & University College of Home Sciences (UCHS) Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its canteen, cafeteria, and tuck-shops for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction covers the following properties: - Public Cafe (Diagnostic Block), Area: 7525 Sq. Ft - Officer Mess (Indoor Block), Area: 4558 Sq. Ft - Tuck Shop (Emergency Block), Area: 140 Sq. Ft - Tuck Shop (Indoor Block), Area: 175 Sq. Ft - Tuck Shop (Nursing Hostal), Area: 175 Sq. Ft Total Area: 12,573 Sq. Ft The auction will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal as per the detailed terms and conditions available at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk and the official website https://chich.edu.pk. Hard copies of applications are not required. Registration on the portal must be completed by 20-10-2026, with eligibility status uploading by 27-10-2026. The last date for grievance submission is 03-11-2026, grievance redressal by 11-11-2026, and CDR submission by 24-11-2026. The auction date and time is 01-12-2026 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The reserve price for the auction is boldly set at Rs.139,476,786/- for one year. Bidders must submit earnest money amounting to 10% of the reserve price (Rs.13,947,680/-) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original earnest money must be submitted physically to the Medical Director's office within ten days of evaluation announcement. Soft copies of the earnest money documents must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal. The auction will start from the reserve price and subsequent offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. If no offer is received in the last minute, the auction ends automatically; otherwise, the auction time extends by five minutes for further competition until midnight. The successful applicant's offer and signature will be considered final and binding. Bidders are advised to register early on the e-Auction Portal to avoid last-minute technical issues. Ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. This auction is conducted under the 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME Department.
