NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is inviting sealed bids for the auction of the canteen contract at DHQ Hospital Jaranwala for a period of three years. The auction will be held on 12 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the hospital premises. Interested parties must submit their applications by 3 September 2026. The successful bidder will be granted the right to operate the canteen facility within the hospital, serving staff, patients, and visitors as per the terms and conditions set by TEVTA.

- Canteen contract at DHQ Hospital Jaranwala (3-year lease)
The reserve price for the monthly rent is set at Rs. 29,000. Bidders are required to deposit earnest money of Rs. 5,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder must pay the monthly rent in advance and comply with all rules regarding hygiene, pricing, and service quality. The canteen operator will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that only approved items are sold. The contract may be terminated if the operator fails to adhere to the stipulated guidelines.
Eligibility criteria include submission of a written application, earnest money, and relevant experience in running similar facilities. Bidders must not have been blacklisted by any government department. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
