The lease is being offered for three distinct canteen sites, each with its own reserve price and security deposit requirement. Items being auctioned: - Main Canteen (Boys) – Reserve Price: Rs. 820,000, Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000 - Main Canteen (Girls) – Reserve Price: Rs. 867,000, Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000 - Junior Section Canteen – Reserve Price: Rs. 620,000, Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000 The technical scope includes the provision of quality food and beverage services, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with college regulations.
