AUCTION: Collection Rights of Cattle Market Fee for 2026-27 at Board Dairy House

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Muree Hills is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the cattle market fee for the financial year 2026-27 at Board Dairy House. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, and interested parties are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids by 01-09-2026 at 12:00 noon. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to deposit earnest money of Rs. 300,000 at the time of auction. Only companies registered with FBR and PEC/SECP are eligible to participate.
