Municipal Committee Jala Loor Bhattian, District Hafizabad, is inviting sealed bids for the annual lease rights of the local cattle market for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and collect fees from the designated cattle market within the municipal limits. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline.

- Annual lease rights for Cattle Market Jala Loor Bhattian (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,650,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 165,000, Duration: 1 year)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the cattle market, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, and collection of market fees as per the approved schedule. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper record-keeping throughout the lease period. Only those with a valid CNIC, up-to-date NTN, and proof of tax compliance are eligible to participate. Earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via pay order or CDR in favor of the Municipal Committee. Bidders must not be defaulters of any municipal dues or previously blacklisted.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Municipal Committee Jala Loor Bhattian by 10 September 2026, 12:00 PM. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee and interested bidders.
