Market Committee Sadiqabad invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for various cattle markets under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect market fees from designated cattle markets, as per the terms and conditions set by the committee. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act and relevant rules.
Items being auctioned:
- Cattle Market Sadiqabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,00,000, Auction Date: 2026-08-28)
- Cattle Market Rahimabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,00,000, Auction Date: 2026-08-28)
- Cattle Market Kot Sabzal (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,00,000, Auction Date: 2026-08-28)
- Cattle Market Adam Sahaba (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,00,000, Auction Date: 2026-08-28)
The technical scope includes the collection of prescribed market fees from all transactions within the specified cattle markets for the entire financial year. Bidders must ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and the successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection, record-keeping, and remittance to the Market Committee. Earnest Money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via CDR or Pay Order at the time of bid submission. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Experience in similar market fee collection contracts will be considered an advantage.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Market Committee Sadiqabad by 04-09-2026. The auction will be held on the same day.
