AUCTION: Lease Rights of Children Amusement Park Gujranwala Cantt for 3 Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Gujranwala is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of the Children Amusement Park located in Gujranwala Cantt for a period of 3 years. The auction will be conducted on 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Jinnah Avenue, Gujranwala Cantt. This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties to operate and manage the amusement park under a formal lease agreement. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Children Amusement Park, Gujranwala Cantt (Reserve price: Rs. 1,100,000 per annum) The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to operate the amusement park for the specified period. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to approval by the competent authority. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 1/4th of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or demand draft along with their application. Only those who deposit the earnest money before the auction will be eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay the annual lease amount in advance each year. After the first year, there will be a 10% increase in the annual lease amount on a compound basis. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited. All applicable taxes and charges will be borne by the lessee. The lease agreement will be executed as per PPRA Rules 2004. In case of failure to pay the lease amount or violation of terms, the earnest money will be forfeited and the lease may be cancelled. Bidders are advised to visit the site before the auction to assess the facilities and potential. For a competitive edge, ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues. The auction will be held in the presence of the bidders, and the decision of the board will be final.
