AUCTION: Lease Rights of Choki Market Shops, Stalls, Cycle Stand and Latrine Block 2026-27

The auction will be conducted for the following lots: - Lot 1: Shops and Stalls (38 shops, 23 stalls) with a reserve price of Rs. 70,512 per annum, earnest money Rs. 7,051, bid security Rs. 3,526 - Lot 2: Fruit and Vegetable Market Shops (14 shops) with a reserve price of Rs. 40,140 per annum, earnest money Rs. 4,014, bid security Rs. 2,007 - Lot 3: Cycle Stand with a reserve price of Rs. 90,900 per annum, earnest money Rs. 9,090, bid security Rs. 4,545 - Lot 4: Latrine Block with a reserve price of Rs. 28,128 per annum, earnest money Rs. 2,812, bid security Rs. 1,406 All properties are located within the Choki Market premises. The lease period is for one year, starting from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. Interested parties must submit their bids along with the required earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Market Committee Choki. Bidders must be present in person or through an authorized representative at the time of auction. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full annual lease amount within the stipulated time after acceptance. Eligibility requires submission of CNIC, proof of address, and the prescribed earnest money. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Choki on 26-08-2024.
