Tehsil Municipal Administration Chotiyali Bar is inviting bids for the auction of various municipal income rights for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - Pick-up stand, Chotiyali Bar Bazar (Reserve price: PKR 50,000 per annum, contract period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Pick-up stand, Chotiyali Bar General Bus Stand (Reserve price: PKR 55,000 per annum) - Commission on General Bus Stand (Reserve price: PKR 150,000 per annum) - Daily Market Fee (313 days, Thursday) (Reserve price: PKR 6,00,000 per annum) - Local Bus Stand, Chotiyali Bar Bazar (Reserve price: PKR 5,000 per annum) - Daily Market Fee, Chotiyali Bar (Reserve price: PKR 25,000 per annum) - Stand Fee, Chotiyali Bar (Reserve price: PKR 196,000 per annum) - Local Bus Stand, Chotiyali Bar, Chotiyali Bazar (Reserve price: PKR 100,000 per annum) The technical scope includes the collection of fees, stand charges, and market dues as per municipal regulations. Successful bidders will be responsible for the collection and management of these income streams for the specified period. Eligibility requires submission of earnest money as per the reserve price, valid CNIC, and compliance with all municipal terms. Bidders must ensure they are not blacklisted and should provide all required documentation at the time of bid submission. The auction will be held on 25th and 26th August 2026 at 4:00 PM. Bids must be submitted through the designated E-Auction portal.
