Items being auctioned: - Collection rights of General Bus Stand Hafizabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,271,667, 10% Earnest Money: Rs. 727,166, Annual Value: Rs. 7,271,667, Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Collection rights of Slaughterhouse Hafizabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,173,390, 10% Earnest Money: Rs. 317,339, Annual Value: Rs. 3,173,390, Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the management and fee collection from the designated municipal facilities for the specified period. Bidders must ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and maintain proper records of collections. Only those with a valid CNIC, up-to-date tax registration (NTN), and no outstanding dues with the Municipal Committee are eligible to participate. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be deposited before the auction. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and fulfill all legal and financial obligations as per the terms set by the Municipal Committee.
