Tender Description
Municipal Committee Neelam invites bids for the auction of collection rights for the fiscal year 2026-27 covering the period from 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Neelam and is specific to the Neelam General Tehsil Jat area.
Items being procured:
- Collection rights for Darakht Branch Road Neelam (Estimated Cost PKR 4,04,000, Earnest Money PKR 40,000)
- Collection rights for Ratta Sultani Branch Road Neelam (Estimated Cost PKR 11,08,000, Earnest Money PKR 1,10,800)
- Collection rights for Sarwar Branch Road Neelam (Estimated Cost PKR 5,16,500, Earnest Money PKR 51,650)
The auction process requires submission of a Technical Bid along with an Earnest Money Deposit (CDR) amounting to 10% of the estimated cost. The bids will be opened on 28-07-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Neelam office. The auction will be conducted under the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules 2016. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee and comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the Municipal Committee.
