NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Murree invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of various bus stand, taxi stand, and parking sites for the financial year 2025-2026. The auction will be conducted through the Punjab Auction Management System (PAMRA) e-auction portal. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to secure lucrative collection contracts in the busy tourist city of Murree.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Murree (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,50,000 per annum)
- Taxi Stand GPO Murree (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,50,000 per annum)
- Taxi Stand Sunny Bank Murree (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,00,000 per annum)
- Parking Stand Lower Bazar Murree (Reserve Price: Rs. 22,00,000 per annum)
Each lot has a specified reserve price, and the successful bidder will be granted the right to collect fees from the respective site for the specified period. The auction process will be held online at 11:00 AM on 03-09-2024, with the final deadline for participation and bid submission set for 07-09-2024. Interested parties must complete pre-qualification and deposit earnest money of Rs. 50,000 per lot via pay order in the name of Administrator TMA Murree. Only pre-qualified bidders will be allowed to participate in the e-auction.
Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC, proof of financial capacity, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined by TMA Murree.
