Auction of College Canteen and Book Shop for 1800 Students and 125 College Staff

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Government College of Technology Jhang invites bids for the auction of its college canteen and book shop facilities serving 1800 students and 125 college staff. Items being auctioned: - College Canteen - Book Shop The auction base price is Rs. 200,000 with a bid security of Rs. 10,000 required in the form of CDR or Pay Order in the name of Principal Govt. College of Technology, Jhang. Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must be submitted via registered post or courier by 01:00 PM on 5th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Bidders must ensure that the bid security accompanies the bidding documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the respective bidding document title. Each page of the bidding documents must be signed by the bidders. Income tax certificates and other required documents must also be submitted. The winning bidder will be responsible for paying the applicable 10% income tax on the bid value.
