AUCTION: Unserviceable Computer Equipment and Electronic Scrap at Pakistan Mint Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Mint Islamabad is conducting an open auction for various unserviceable computer equipment and electronic scrap. This auction provides an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire obsolete IT assets and related electronic items that are no longer in use by the department. The auction will be held at the premises of Pakistan Mint Islamabad, and all items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable computers (various models) - Computer monitors - Printers - Keyboards - RAM modules - Other miscellaneous electronic scrap All items are available for inspection prior to the auction date. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the site and examine the lots to assess their condition. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the department, and successful bidders will be required to deposit an earnest money of Rs. 1,000 per participant to qualify for bidding. The auction is scheduled for 28 September 2026, and participants must register before the start of the event. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, payment of earnest money, and compliance with departmental auction procedures. The winning bidders must deposit the full amount immediately after the auction conclusion. The auction will commence at 9:00 AM and continue until 2:00 PM at the Pakistan Mint Islamabad premises.
