Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House Quetta, is conducting an open auction of confiscated goods and vehicles. The auction will be held at the Auction Yard by Pass Nawa Killi Quetta on the following dates: 5th-6th October 2026, 14th-15th October 2026, and 26th-27th October 2026 starting at 11:00 AM.
Items being auctioned include confiscated vehicles and goods as per the schedule. The auction is governed by the Customs Act, 1969 and related rules. Interested bidders must deposit Rs. 25,000 as a call deposit (refundable) in favor of the Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta before participation. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid on the spot, with the remaining 75% payable within 7 days of the auction list display on the Notice Board. Only NTN holders can participate as successful bidders and must deposit 10% of the bid amount as advance Income Tax separately.
Confiscated goods and vehicles can be inspected during office hours at the auction location. The Collectorate reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason. Participants must bring their original Computerized National Identity Card and submit a sealed bid mentioning the lot number along with a copy of CNIC and earnest money in the form of a bank pay order. Bids will be opened in front of all participants at the auction time.
