Tender Description
The Swat Zoo administration located in Kanju Township and Malam Jabba, District Swat, is inviting sealed bids from eligible firms or individuals registered with EPADs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement concerns the auction and contract of various facilities at the Swat Zoo including gate entry fee collection, parrot photography stalls, pony riding, public toilets, general photography, electric kids vehicle, cafeteria, tuck shop, souvenir shop, children park, general store, and car parking. The contract period for each lot is one year.
The procurement process will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in accordance with KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit separate bids for each lot and provide a bid security of 5% of the total quoted bid amount for one year in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife, Swat Zoo. Hard copies of bids along with original Call Deposit Receipts must be submitted by the closing date.
Eligibility criteria include active FBR and KPRA registration, sound financial standing, and an account maintenance certificate covering a minimum three-year period with an annual turnover of Rs. 10 million. Additional documents required are CNIC copy, fresh affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating no blacklisting, food registration certificate for Lot IV, and authority letter if applicable.
The submission deadline is **09/06/2026 up to 11:00 AM** electronically via EPADs, with hard copies also required by the same time at the office of the undersigned. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The contract will be awarded to the highest evaluated responsive bidder for each lot.
