AUCTION: Cotton Breeding Institute Vehicle Auction at Islamia University Bahawalpur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, National Cotton Breeding Institute Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus, is conducting a public auction for the disposal of an official vehicle. The auction will take place at the institute premises in Bahawalpur on 8 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction process, which is being held in accordance with university and government auction regulations. Items being auctioned: - One official vehicle (details and model not specified in the notice) The vehicle can be inspected at the institute premises during office hours prior to the auction date. All participants must bring their original CNIC for registration and submit a refundable Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made out to The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance payable within 20 days. Failure to pay the full amount within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Earnest Money and cancellation of the bid. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. All applicable taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidder. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens, and university employees are also permitted to participate.
