Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Divisional Sports Officer Bahawalpur invites the general public to participate in the open auction for the rights to operate the cycle stand and single stand/parking at Dring Stadium Bahawalpur for the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The auction will be held on October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the premises of Dring Stadium Bahawalpur. Interested parties are required to be present at the venue on time and must bring their original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) along with a photocopy for participation.
Items being auctioned:
- Rights to operate the cycle stand and single stand/parking at Dring Stadium Bahawalpur for the financial year 2026-27 (Reserve price: Rs. 3,000,000)
The successful bidder will be required to deposit a security amount of Rs. 3,000,000 (three million rupees) in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the Divisional Sports Officer Bahawalpur, Punjab. The auction will be conducted under the supervision of the Commissioner/Chairman Divisional Sports Committee Bahawalpur. In case the highest bidder fails to fulfill the terms, the security will be forfeited and the auction will be re-conducted. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules. The successful bidder must comply with all terms and conditions, and the contract will be awarded as per the rules and regulations of the Divisional Sports Office.
Bidders are advised to visit the office of the Divisional Sports Officer Bahawalpur during office hours to review the detailed terms and conditions before the auction date. The last date for submission of applications is October 5, 2026, and the auction will be finalized on October 8, 2026. If the auction is not successful, it will be re-held on October 12, 2026. Practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day with all required documents and earnest money to avoid last-minute issues.
