AUCTION: Damaged Pedestrian Bridge at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Pertaining to NHA Maintenance Unit Hyderabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites bids for the auction of a damaged pedestrian bridge located at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5), dismantled on an 'As is Where is Basis'. This bridge, weighing approximately 12 tons, is currently placed on the NHA Plot Hatri, adjacent to Hatri Police Station, Hyderabad Bypass Road, Hyderabad. The auction pertains to the NHA Maintenance Unit at Hyderabad. Items being auctioned: - Damaged Pedestrian Bridge (Approximate weight: 12 Ton) at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Interested bidders can visit the site and office from 07-09-2026 to 20-09-2026 during working days between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Auction and application forms are available from the Administration Wing office of NHA on submission of a written request along with a non-refundable payment of Rs.2,000 in favor of National Highway Authority. Bids must be prepared in all respects and accompanied by a pay order equal to 25% of the total bid amount as security deposit in the name of National Highway Authority. Bids should reach the undersigned office on or before September 21, 2026 (Monday) at 1200 Hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1230 Hours in the Conference Room, NHA Regional Office (Sindh-South) Karachi, in the presence of bidders. All expenditures including loading, unloading, and NHA weigh station charges for actual weight will be borne by the successful bidder. Payment to the successful bidder will be made on a per kg rate basis as per the actual weight receipt from the NHA Weigh Station (Hatri). Government taxes will be charged as per prevailing rates for filers and non-filers. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
