AUCTION: Disposal of GSO Material by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of General Stores Office (GSO) material on an "as is where is" basis. This auction is open to firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. The auction will be conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft must be submitted in original to the Manager (Disposal) at PESCO Headquarters, Room No. 306, Peshawar before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority as per PPRA Rules. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders may approach the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for any grievances. The auction closing date and time is **22nd September 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0 and ensure timely submission. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their bid security is properly uploaded electronically and the original Pay Order/Bank Draft is submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
