AUCTION: Disposal of Official Vehicles by National Assembly Secretariat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad invites electronic bids for the disposal of official vehicles through an open auction on an as is where is basis. This auction is open to Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnership Firms, Private and Public Limited Companies, Holding Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, State Owned Enterprises (both Private and Public Limited), NGOs/NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Items being auctioned include official vehicles owned by the National Assembly Secretariat. Specific details of each vehicle, including condition and quantity, are available in the e-bidding documents. The auction will be conducted online via EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must participate through their EPADS accounts as manual bids will not be accepted. The auction will remain open until Thursday, 1st October 2026 at 02:30 PM, with evaluation and selection of the highest bidder at 03:00 PM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing time. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable rules. Interested bidders should carefully review the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
