Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Pakistan Mint Lahore invites eligible bidders to participate in an open competitive e-auction for the disposal of Old Electric Scrap as detailed in Schedule-A (Annexure-I) of the bidding documents. The disposal will be conducted strictly on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026 and PPRA rules. Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS V2.0; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Energy Saver, LED Lamps, Ceiling + Charging Lights (01 Ton)
- Breaker and Magnetic Contactor
- Pannel Meters (Voltage + Ampere)

The successful bidder shall purchase and remove the complete lot from Pakistan Mint premises. Inspection of the scrap is allowed during working hours from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM before bid submission. Bidders must provide valid CNIC/Passport, NTN/registration particulars, and submit bid security of Rs. 35000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, CDR, or Banker's Cheque. The highest responsive bid meeting all eligibility and terms will be accepted. Payment must be made in advance in cash to Pakistan Mint before removal. Removal must be completed within 15 working days of acceptance.
