AUCTION: Disposal of Old/Weeded-Out Newspapers by National Assembly Secretariat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad invites electronic bids for the disposal of old and weeded-out newspapers on an as is where is basis. This disposal is conducted under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026, and follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders include Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnership Firms, Private and Public Limited Companies, Holding Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, State Owned Enterprises (both Private and Public Limited), NGOs/NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Items being auctioned: - Old/Weeded-Out Newspapers The auction is conducted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 platform, accessible at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders can search for the disposal activity using the ID No. D10744. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids must be submitted on or before Monday, the 28th of September, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with the online opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Participants will be automatically notified of preliminary results via EPADS, with final results communicated as per the bidding documents.
