AUCTION: Disposal of Old/Used Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Protocol & MT Division in Lahore invites sealed tenders for the disposal of old and used vehicles on an "As is where is" basis. The vehicles offered for auction include a Toyota Corolla - XE model 2001 and a Honda City - Exi-S model 2002. Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles and purchase tender documents from 28-Sep-2026 to 12-Oct-2026 between 09:00 to 15:00 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) at Samsa Road, Lahore. Tender documents contain all relevant information, guidelines, and instructions for the bidding process. Bidders or their authorized representatives must bring their original CNIC for identification. The sealed bids must be submitted by 12-Oct-2026 latest by 11:00 hours, with the opening of bids scheduled on the same day at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Employees of the organization are not eligible to participate. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the provisions of Rule No. 33 of PPRA Rules.
