AUCTION: Disposal of Public Assets by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) Disposal Directorate invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of public assets via open auction. This auction is open to a wide range of bidders including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, holding companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs/NPOs, and IGOs. Items being auctioned include: - B-1872 Bed Ford Truck, Field Store Kohat - B-1519 Hyundai Shahzor Pick Up, PESCO Field Store Swabi - PRO-7523, Mazda Single Cabin Pick Up, PESCO Sub Division Tank-I - PRO-5341, Hino Mini Truck - A-2966, Bed Ford Bus, WAPDA House Peshawar - A-3276, Bed Ford Bus, WAPDA House Peshawar - LHP-3803, C-Type Store Mardan The auction will be conducted strictly on an 'as is, where is' basis. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security or earnest money equal to the specified amount for each lot must be uploaded electronically on EPADS and submitted in original (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account at the office of Manager (Disposal), Room No. 306, PESCO Headquarters, Peshawar before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected. Detailed bidding documents including terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and disposal procedures are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority as per PPRA Rules. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS.
