AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable/Scrap Material by Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through e-Bids on the E-PADS version 2.0 platform. The auction will be held online on 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM on an 'as is where is' basis at the Regional Store GEPCO located at 132 KV Grid Station, Shaheen Abad, Gujranwala. Items being auctioned include: - Iron Scrap HT/LT Steel Structure (55,000 KG) - Wooden Scrap (3,500 KG) - ACSR Scrap with PG + Clamps + Nuts (off size) (55,000 KG) - Empty Steel Drums (1,500 No) - Tyre (254 Each) - Tube (56 Each) - Battery off Size (87 KG) - Iron Scrap (Miscellaneous) (10,000 KG) - Plastic Scrap (Plastic Reels) (705 KG) - T&P Scrap (25 KG) - Mobile Phones Damaged (92 Each) - ACSR Scrap with PG + Clamps + Nuts (off size) (40,000 KG) - Al-Aluminum Scrap Cable Scrap (1,700 KG) - Empty Body (25 KVA) (1 No) - Empty Body (50 KVA) (3 No) - Empty Body (100 KVA) (1 No) - Al-Aluminum Scrap with PG + Clamps + Nuts (off size) (10,000 KG) - Meter Scrap with meter covers (75,000 KG) - Copper Scrap (110 KG) The materials can be inspected at the Regional Store GEPCO before the auction date during working hours. Interested bidders must pay the Earnest Money as specified in the notice via Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or CDR in the name of DY MANAGER (MM) Regional Store GEPCO on or before 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the GEPCO Head Quarter Gujranwala. Bidders should quote their rates exclusive of all taxes. The remaining amount along with all government taxes must be paid within 21 working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance after approval by the competent authority. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the auction and forfeiture of the earnest money. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the materials and ensure timely submission of earnest money to avoid disqualification.
