AUCTION: Disposal of Scrap and Residual Material from Confiscated Machinery at Regional Tax Office Sialkot

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Federal Board of Revenue, through its Regional Tax Office in Sialkot, invites eligible and interested bidders to participate in an electronic auction via EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of scrap and residual material generated from the dismantling and destruction of confiscated machinery, equipment, and raw materials. Items being auctioned: - Scrap/Residual Material of Dismantled Machinery including 03 Cigarette Rolling Machines (Large) and 05 Other Cigarette Manufacturing Machines (Small), total weight 12.670 Tons, reserve price Rs. 2,450,000, earnest money Rs. 122,500 - Old Air Conditioners and Other Miscellaneous Scrap Items, total weight 1,200 Kg, reserve price Rs. 250,000, earnest money Rs. 12,500 The materials are sold strictly on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' and 'AS IS, WHAT IS' basis without any warranty regarding quality, quantity, or usability. Bidders must inspect the materials at the Regional Tax Office, Sialkot during the inspection period from 07/10/2026 to 09/10/2026 during office hours. Only bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 with valid FBR NTN and Sales Tax registration appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible. The auction will remain open until 12/10/2026 at 09:00 am for bid submission, with bid opening and evaluation at 11:30 am the same day. The successful bidder must deposit the accepted sale consideration promptly and bear all costs related to weighing, dismantling, loading, transportation, and removal of the purchased material.
