AUCTION: Disposal of Used Official Vehicles by Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction/disposal of its condemned/surplus official vehicles on an 'AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS' basis. The auction will be held at the FIEDMC Office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad. Bids must be submitted by Tuesday, 15th September 2026 up to 12:00 P.M. and will be opened the same day at 12:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bidders are responsible for mechanical defects or documentation discrepancies after bid acceptance. Vehicles can be inspected during office hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the FIEDMC Site Office. The auction will be advertised on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and FIEDMC's official website with a minimum 15 days notice period. Bid submission must be done at the FIEDMC office during office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. A separate bid security and submission form is required for each vehicle. Bidders must present original CNIC and attested copy with complete address and contact details prior to auction commencement. No bid below reserve price will be entertained. Every bidder must deposit refundable token money equal to 5% of reserve price in Demand Draft/Pay Order along with CNIC copy before bidding. Token money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after seven days of auction conclusion. The auction will be held next working day if postponed. Successful bidder must deposit 25% of total bid amount as earnest money on spot via Cash/Pay Order/CDR in favor of FIEDMC. Remaining 75% balance must be deposited within seven working days. Failure to pay within time forfeits earnest money. All applicable taxes including Advance Income Tax under Income Tax Ordinance 2001 will be deducted from successful bidder. Registration documents and physical possession of vehicles will be delivered only after full payment and applicable government taxes. Buyers will initiate transfer of ownership with Excise and Taxation Department. Bidders blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or procuring agency are not eligible. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
