AUCTION: Disposal of Used Vehicles and Motorbikes by National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites sealed tenders for the disposal of used vehicles and motorbikes from its Regional Office Islamabad. Items being auctioned include: - Suzuki (Liana) 2007, Vehicle # GE-042 - Honda CD-70 2009, Vehicle # LEJ-1083 - Yamaha 1990, Vehicle # IDC-924 The auction requires bidders to submit sealed tenders by the deadline of September 07, 2026, up to 11:00 AM at the NESPAK Regional Office Islamabad. The technical scope involves the disposal of these used vehicles and motorbikes as-is. Tender cost is Rs. 500/- per bid. Vehicle bids must be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 25,000/- and motorbike bids by Rs. 5,000/- in the form of pay order, CDR, or cheque in favor of NESPAK Pvt. Ltd. Single earnest money is acceptable for one vehicle only; multiple vehicles require separate earnest money clearly marked with registration numbers. Bids inclusive of all government taxes only will be accepted. Successful bidders must remove vehicles within 14 days of bid acceptance. Inspection is available Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at NESPAK House, 4th Floor, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. NESPAK reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers per PPRA rules.
