Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Bet Khaila is inviting sealed bids for the auction of E-Baldia (E-Baldia Fee Collection Rights) for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is open to interested parties who wish to acquire the rights to collect various municipal fees and charges within the jurisdiction of TMA Bet Khaila. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate actively.
Items being auctioned:
- Lot 1: General Bus Stand Bet Khaila Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,13,335 for 2026-27)
- Lot 2: Advertisement Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 75,000 for 2026-27)
- Lot 3: Cattle Fair Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,10,000 for 2026-27)
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect the specified municipal fees from the respective sites for the entire financial year. The successful bidder for each lot will be responsible for fee collection in accordance with the rules and regulations of TMA Bet Khaila. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 15% of the reserve price for each lot in the form of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) along with their application. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Experience in similar municipal fee collection contracts will be considered an advantage.
The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 30 September 2026 at 4:00 PM at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Bet Khaila. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For further details, bidders can visit the official website or contact the TMA office directly.
