AUCTION: Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Himalayan Ibex

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites eligible bidders and outfitters registered under relevant laws to participate in the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the sealed bid auction of exportable trophy hunting permits of Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). This auction is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulation Rules, 2014. The bidding process is governed by standard bidding documents available on the KPPRA website. Items being auctioned: - 05 Trophy Hunting Permits for Himalayan Ibex, Chitral Wildlife Division - 05 Trophy Hunting Permits for Himalayan Ibex, Chitral Gol National Park Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS online portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline of 15 October 2026 at 01:30 PM, with bid opening at 02:00 PM. A bid security of 5% of the bid value in the form of CDR is required for each lot. Physical submission of bid security in original form is mandatory, payable to the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held physically and online on 03 October 2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS to obtain user credentials and ensure participation in the online meeting. All taxes, duties, commissions, and fees related to the disposal process are the responsibility of the bidders. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Interested bidders should carefully review the qualification and evaluation criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents. For successful participation, bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS, prepare all required documents including bid security, and attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries.
