AUCTION: Lease Rights of Fishery Check Posts at Ganz and Pishukan, Gwadar District 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Office Manager Inland Gwadar is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of two fishery check posts for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction is open for the following locations in Gwadar district: - Fishery Check Post Ganz (Reserve price: 2500000 PKR per annum) - Fishery Check Post Pishukan (Reserve price: 2500000 PKR per annum) Both check posts are being offered for lease to interested parties who wish to operate and collect revenue from these sites. The successful bidders will be granted exclusive rights for the specified period, subject to compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice. The technical scope includes management and operation of the check posts, ensuring proper collection of government dues, and maintaining transparency in all transactions. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 25 percent of the reserve price in the form of a call deposit or pay order. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Experience in similar contracts and financial capacity will be considered during evaluation. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office Manager Inland Gwadar by the respective deadlines: 1 October 2026 for Ganz and 2 October 2026 for Pishukan. Late submissions will not be entertained. The auction will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
