AUCTION: Forest Timber Lots in Neelum Circle for 2026-27

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Forest Department Neelum Circle is conducting an open auction for the sale of forest timber lots for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Compartment 03, Block 04, Timber Type: Kail, Volume: 320,000 cft, Upset Price: 587,082 PKR - Lot 2: Compartment 12, Block 04, Timber Type: Deodar, Volume: 50,000 cft, Upset Price: 214,911 PKR - Lot 3: Compartment 16, Block 04, Timber Type: Fir, Volume: 37,030 cft, Upset Price: 104,277 PKR - Lot 4: Compartment 06, Block 01, Timber Type: Chir, Volume: 5,000 cft, Upset Price: 38,498 PKR - Lot 5: Compartment 06, Block 02, Timber Type: Chir, Volume: 4,000 cft, Upset Price: 16,300 PKR The technical scope includes the extraction and removal of timber from designated forest compartments under the supervision of the Forest Department. Bidders must provide earnest money as specified for each lot and comply with all legal and environmental requirements. Only those registered with the relevant authorities and fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate.
